Raidla Lejins & Norcous (LV, LT) and LAWIN (EE) have joined to form COBALT

We are pleased to announce that, effective as of today, Raidla Lejins & Norcous law offices in Latvia and Lithuania have joined with LAWIN office in Estonia to continue operating as COBALT. 

At the same time a new office under the COBALT name has been launched in Belarus.
