Conference “Shelters and Cover: The Foundations of National Security” on November 19
Finnish-Lithuanian Chamber of Commerce, together with YIT Lietuva and Suomen suurlähetystö Vilna, Embassy of Finland in Vilnius, is organizing the conference “Shelters and Cover: The Foundations of National Security” on November 19 
The event will be dedicated to one of the most important issues of Lithuanian national security – the protection of the population in extreme situations. The conference will present the experience of Finland, a country considered a global leader in the field of shelters and cover 
The discussion will address the following questions:
What can we learn from Finland? How does their shelter infrastructure look? What can we do in Lithuania? How to begin preparations?What solutions could be implemented at the municipal, state, and private initiative levels?The conference will be attended by security experts, urban planners, politicians, and international guests.
